Nice design!

Printed it at 84% to fit a 2.5" speaker.

Just remixed this speaker design a bit and printed it tonight. I like the overall design but, the walls are WAY too thin! Thin walls equals thin sound. If the walls were twice as thick I would give it another shot, but otherwise I am going to have to pass on this one

are there new instructions to build this which use the new components?
like the amp with remote?

Hello Aqumen,
I will soon update the topic in the instructable page. Stay tuned!

what is the potimeter part that you used. your bom does not have it on there

I'd like to use a 4" driver is it possible to customize it?

Sure, the model is free to download and customize!
If you need help with that you can get in touch with us at www.hononga.se

Just don't turn it all the way up...running a 15W speaker w/ 50W amp will burn it out!
THIS and THIS might be better
Can you make a "blank" base without your name on it sir? (maybe move your name to the bottom)

Absolutely incredible design and build! Awesome Awesome!

Hello WarHawk8080,
Yes you right, the amp is too oversized, but usually you don't run the speaker at max volume. Moreover i suggest to add a high-pass filter, because the low freq are too prominent compare to mid and high.

I tried with the one you suggested but i got overheated board since there is no much air convection inside the main body.

Sure i will move the name down, good suggestion!
