where is the next part for alexa mount?

Sorry, the mount was in the "Remixed From" section. I've added a link in the main description.

Here is the mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1463045

Tolerances on the outlet holder are almost too perfect, I would suggest making the outside facing part a little bigger, so its easier to slide this in, almost like a cone shape. Once I did that, it was a lot easier to slide it in without trying to rip the piece in half lol.

What kind of screws did you use to mount the bracket to the circular mount?

I just used some 10mm case fan screws that I had laying around.

I wonder how well your mount would connect with this holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2086867

I don't think it'll work. That holder doesn't appear to be designed with mounting inconsideration.

The only way I could see to attach my part to it would be by screwing it to the bottom. That would cause the holder to be rotated 90 degrees from it's intended position and if the Echo Dot isn't held securely then it might fall out.

Another potential problem is where the Echo Dot would hang relative to plug. Hanging so far out from the wall might put enough strain on the plug to pull it out of the socket.

For German EU "Schuko" power plug use 43.1 for W and H as the plug measures are 43 x 43.

The power outlet hole is too small...

This was designed based on the dimensions of the US power adapter that came with my Dot and it was designed to be tight. How far off are the dimensions from your power adapter?

Looks like it is off about 1mm or so. Maybe 1.5mm. Measured it with my calipers

Oblongship is correct. This does not work without significant rework. I'll just design my own at this point, wasted 18m of PNA for this build.

I have six 2nd generation Echo Dots with the exact same US version of PSU and the dimensions are 38x27mm.

The part was designed with tight tolerances because it's a compression fit part. If your measured supply dimensions are the same as mine then your printer might need to be calibrated.

The SCAD file is included so you could just bump the dimensions up to to suit your needs.

What are your calipers reading as the dimensions of your power adapter? What about the dimensions of your printed part?

I have the dimensions defined as 38x27mm in the SCAD file. I just doubled checked two adapters with my calipers ( http://i.imgur.com/VFn0efZ.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/ShGXyen.jpg) and they're both 38x27mm.
