Hi Golkun
Könntest du mir bitte das Projekt als STEP zukommen lassen.
Ich müsste mal gucken wie ich deine großartige Arbeit in meinen Remix Hypercube einbaue.

I printed it, I think the chains are too tight.

This depends on your printer, slicer settings etc. I've printed with a Hypercube and original Prusa 2.5 and the chain elements move from their own weight if moved around.
Maybe try printing with 1-2% magnification.

Hi Gerhard, thank you for the quick replay. Thank you also for your willness to search for me a drawing for 3030
My 3030 extrusion has 8mm groove. I have not yet tried if 2020 could fit ...but I will next week and will let you know about results....

Hy Golkun, what about to design end parts for 3030 bars?

Hi Feliciano, unfortunately I do not have 3030 extrusions and I always want to proof my designs before uploading them.
I'll see if I find a construction drawing for a 3030 extrusion and make a example for you to test.
Did you give the 2020 end parts a try? For my opinion they should fit somehow on the 3030 extrusions, although not ideally.
What's your groove width 6 or 8mm?
cheers Gerhard

Great ! will print it this weekend !

How did it turn out?

Very good job. Looks and works fine.
Suggestion: Change the name of your design, was very difficult to find it. Try with "Cable Chain for Hypercube (aluminium 2020)" or something like this.
Thanks, Andrej

Hi Andres, glad you like it and had no issues printing and using it.
Thanks for your suggestion, was assuming it will be easily found with the tags I listed.
Cheers Gerhard

Could you post the settings you used.

Hi, print settings are now updated. Happy printing!

Fantastic Work! Will print and post as made soon!

thx for your kind words.

I was waiting for someone to create something like this. Keen to add this to the collection of things to print for my hypercube once it become operational....

Glad you like it.
