So... how do you wrap it around?

look at the post printing section in the description tab

классная работа ))

awesome model... but as you can see in this photo the cable is bent a lot. so i'm working on a remix that has the hole placed horizontally so that the phone jack is horizontal and the wire is not bent once inserted. what program did u use to make it?

I used solidworks to design it. You can find the .STEP file on thingiverse but if you need the solidworks file, tell me and I will upload it.

yes it will be awesome. it is pretty hard to work with stl files!

I've never talked about .STL file but about .STEP file. That's a universal format compatible with almost every 3D CAD software. Anyway, I just uploaded the solidworks 3D file if you prefer. I would be glad to try your new version when you'll realease it !

i post the remix under the remix section. i need to improve some other things in the model...

many thanks. i will post the remix as soon as possible!

could you do a video showing how to rap it up? really confused but great fit!
Also does it need supports?

Remixed it a touch and add'd slot to put the USB-C>Mirco Adaptor

Nice ! Feel free to post this as a remix so that everyone can get it without reading the comments section.

Really great, fit perfectly in PLA

Is it a snug fit? I mean snug enough to scratch the buds, when printed with PLA ?

The rubber sleeves near the cable end of the pod grip the cable snugly, the pods on my print havent been scratched yet. It doesnt cost a lot of pla or time.

It works well even in PLA, but the best is to see by yourself.

printed at 101% in abs and it fits perfectly

No problems whatsoever while using PLA, why is elastic material better?

It would also work with PLA. Having a soft material helps the earphones to fit better and is more pleasant to use.

Works great, thanks man!!!
printer on a Monoprice Select Mini v2 in red digistruct PLA

3D Printing this now in TPU. Thanks for the cool design!

indeed a really good design, had it printed in TPU and the fit is 100%.

in fact - i think you should edit the description that this has to be printed in flex material :p Still using this after couple months.

Glad to hear that! I will update the description regarding your feedback, thanks :)

This is really cool, well done.
