I wonder if this design will hold a moderately heavy 20-22" monitor.

No it wouldn't. It has been holding that wireless bridge for a couple years now but it's pretty light.

yeah, it did seem to sag a little under the weight of this antenna in one of the photos. Back to Tinkercad then. I like your general idea of frames with an empty circle in the middle and the multi-part hinges, just need to beef it all up to maybe twice the size. Then, with luck, a 100% infill and printed flat on the bed so as to avoid applying tearing forces to the weakest interlayer adhesion points, it will hold a TV or anything.

2 M4 screws 27mm long (vertical)
1 M4 screw 32mm long or 1 M4 threaded rod 32mm long (horizontal)
2 M5 screw and bushing (wall fixation)
2 M5 washer (wall fixation)

Oh my version is pretty different. I do not think that BOM is accurate for my design. Unfortunately I designed it around some nuts and bolts I had laying around. I have no idea what they are and I am not entirely sure how to measure screws, but I will try and then update. For now here are some of the dimensions of the holes to help people out.

-Hinge-
Length: 45mm long screw
Inside Diameter: 4mm
Nut width between flats: 8mm

-Wall mount-
Inside Diameter: 4.3mm
Recess Diameter: 8.7mm
Recess Depth: 2.8mm

-Angle Mount-
Screw Length at least 23mm, I cut mine off to fit my design.
