I looked on that person's etsy and they are selling alot of nintendo switch accessories that are on thingiverse. All of which are stolen designs and photos that they put their own logos/watermarks on.

No clue what I'm doing wrong but this refuses to print on my Ender 3. Even after making sure all my settings in Cura are right and I have the correct printer selected, it's as if the file thinks the print bed is taller than it actually is.

can you split it so it interlocks together cause i have a printer with the build size 120mm120mm120mm

Does not work with Makers Select printer just the first version at least. It bugs out on the left side of the grip and drags the print with it. I leveled it and everything and i'm printing something right now that looks good so its not just me messing up.

This is not the fault of the model. The model can't be responsible for your printer dragging it. If anything, it's either a mechanical issue or the slicer you're using.

i was wondering if i could sell this on ebay if that is ok with you

The designer has posted it with a non commercial licence so the answer is probably a no.

excellent snap fit, way more comfortable to hold than the joycon alone. great work!

Not sure what or if I did something wrong, but my Joy Cons do not fit snug inside the grip by themselves. If I take the cord/strap and pull it through the bottom hole of the grip and then push the joy con down, it will fit snugly then. But that's just putting something between the joy con and the grip.

Same here. Seems like the whole thing is just a fraction of a percent too large. Still usable though!

Lo imprimi en PLA y quedo muy bien.

Mis felicitaciones,un diseño espectacular y funcional al 100%

Un saludo y te animo a que diseñes mas cosas para nintendo switch :)

Does this scratch the controllers? Specifically PLA?

Does this scratch the controller or chip off paint.

work great but when printing flat the bottom edge can be sharp found that heating it up a bit and squishing it a bit makes it just right

Thanks for this, for some of my friends the joycon aches their hand when gripping. This certainly helps and I will attach this when playing.

However, due to the design of the original joycons, I like this for my left Joycon, but the right joycon, it creates more stretching on the left thumb to find the analog stick, which in my opinion is already too far center in the original joycon design. So I only printed one but defiantly worth it.

Oh and printed beautifully with minimal autogenerated supports, might want to slightly sand the curved back edges which can stick to bed and create flat hard edges.

Thanks for taking the time to make and share <3

I wound up standing the model vertical, and rotating 45 degrees, to fit my build plate. It is printing right now. Thanks for the work.

This design is spot on. Very nice work!
I gave mine a 50% infill to add a little weight. Snaps right in, not too snug but doesn't wiggle at all.

printed one, works great! fits snug and feels solid!

what software did you use to create this? thanks!

Cannot press the L/R buttons when using this grip.

Because you don’t use them on the side

use the little wrist band attachment

slide it on JoyCon before installing into the grip.

DO you print it flat to the bed like in the second picture?

Yes, flat like the 2nd picture.

Can you make a hole for the Loop? That would be nice

Will this design work if the Joycons have those gel grips on them?

No it won't work with the gel grips.

would be nice if the "border" left and right would be asymetrical to cancel out the stick/button offset. I hope this sentence makes sense =D

nice model nonetheless thanks

Nice and snug! Thank you this will lessen the cramping while playing co-op games!

Looks great and works great!

My print just finished, the joycon is a little lose in the grip but it still works great.

Same here. Not sure if it's because we printed in a different material than these other folks. I printed in Black PLA. Gonna have to scale it down.

Edit: I did end up taking a heat gun to the grip and it's a nice snug fit now! If anyone is finding this to be the case, give that a try!

Thanks for making this. Great work.
