Hi, I'm having issues with weak points snapping as I removing it from the print bed. The rectangle cutouts you allowed for support material are great, but adding some small fillets to the corners would be a notable improvement as it would increase strength, and distribute forces across the fillet instead of them being focused right on the corner (also you MIGHT be able to make the overhangs printable without support by adding fillets or chamfers).

Hi there,

Fillets are a good idea - I may incorporate that into future versions. The lightweight ones are tricky to print strong as they are as minimal as possible. I needed to mess about with my print settings and materials to get them to print well. ABS at 0.1 works well for me.

Use the TOUGH version if the minimal ones are giving you trouble.

oh yeah, forgot to meantion I have been printing the tough ones, I didn't see much reason for me to print the light ones, I'm kind of trying to waste my ABS a bit 'cause I don't really like printing in ABS, once it's all gone I'll stick to PLA and modified PLA's.

I've added an experimental "3 loop TOUGH" version with max permissable fillets - hope that's stronger in ABS - if it works out I'll add fillets to the others and create a V2
