What orientation would you recommend printing the full headband in? or the two sides of the flex headband.

I am new to 3D printing and my library only allows 2 hours of print time a week per person. Just so I can be prepared, how much time does this headset take to print?

Each of the pieces should take 1-2 hours or more depending on the printer, so it might take a few months to get the whole headset finished.

I wouldn't recommend a library mostly because of reasons like that. Instead i would recommend you find an independent 3d printing service or something online to help you, but its up to you. You can also try finding a local makerspace that has a 3d printer, they usually don't have such strict times on their printers. Hope this helps

May be a dumb question but if I open the files and scale the headsets down by 75%, and then scale the headband down by 75%, that should do the trick?

duuuuuude I wanna make one and put speakers in it :)

what size head can this fit on?

I'm pretty sure you should be able to resize the model to fit any head

Yes, but to get a better idea of how to scale to fit, having the size printed at 100% would almost eliminate the need to test print for size.
