Printed in wood filament, turned out great! But for real though... What's the solution? I've come close but end up having to start over and over.

how on earth do you start solving it?? :o i'm so lost

My dad used to have one of these.. I don´t know where or when it got lost, but now im printing one of this for fathers day :) thank you!

Have this for a few months and still can't put it together.. :( I tried Youtube videos but they are all different pieces. Is it possible to post a few images of the assembly process?

wow man! I have one of these....it was my dads and it's like years and years old, it's an amazing puzzle but i've only ever taking it apart probably 3 times as it's a dam good design and has you stumped..! going to print it out and send to me mates ! this is epic! thanks so much..p.s when I send them it I will send it in pieces! bwhahaha

Just made one and must say it's outstanding.

Not too tight or loose, was able to easily fit it all on a 200x200 bed.

great design. how tall is it after the assembly ?

can it come apart once its together or no

Yes, it will come apart.

Thank you! I thought that I was going to have to buy one of the wooden ones just so that I could copy the parts.

Can anybody provide a video to put this together? LOL! The orientation is different than most on Youtube.

HELP! Thanks

If you watch the youtube videos, the assembly is the same.
it's just the sides swapped with the tops, everything else is the same.
I made 3 of these in different sizes (not just guessing :P)

You find a video how to assemble the barrel ?

Search Youtube for "Wood Ball Puzzle". Orientation and parts..etc are all pretty much the same except the overall shape of assembled item.

My Father passed down to me both a round and a square version of the puzzle. Needless to say I'm printing out this version as I type. I'm going to give it to my father and see if he can solve his old puzzle. LOL

lol, how funny, exactly the same with my dad, first thing me made when he was training as a carpenter in the 1950's

Couldn't believe it when I saw this barrel puzzle. I have one just like it that was my fathers for many years. I have owned it for 17 years since he died and have never seen another like it.

Definately a future print for me.

Included is pic of mine... :-D

I've got one of these in plastic that I got out of a quarter machine years ago.
