For others ESP8266 larger module, please set your width to 39,55mm or 127,58% oversize in your slicer, keep others same lenght and ratio.

You‘ll have to try, but I’d say that there is a good chance it could fit. Please let my know. :)

I've tried a couple of my v2 nodemcu boards and its really difficult to jam the boards in as I think the pins don't align.

How did you align the pins?

Any chance for a newer version with a bit better spacing?

I’ not quite sure how this comes. I don’t have that problem with my print as the pins align perfectly for me.

How do you make it look so glossy and nice

The image was rendered on a computer. But you can print in ABS and then vapor-smooth it. I got great result with this.

Great case, though how does one connect anything to it?

What do you mean? Connect something to the pins? You can't. It's supposed to run without anything connected.
