mi dici la larghezza della fascetta? Grazie

Ciao Ivan,
La fascetta che ho utilizzato è larga 4 mm. L'ho acquistata in un Brico center.
Spero di esserti stato utile.
Se dovessi stampare e utilizzare il mio leaf switch mi faresti un piacere se postassi qui l'oggetto stampato.

Grazie Ivan

One of the first things I did on my Geeteech Z stop as it is more reliable and above all gives better repeatability (1 micron) then the crappy Chinese microswitch mechanism. Dismantle one and you will see.
I reused the housing put the leafs inside and used gold plated beryllium leaf from old connectors but it opens when actuated as it is even better.

Simple but genius! I was thinking about printing my own arcade buttons for a controller, and this is a big piece of the puzzle. I'm curious though, what material and size are you using for the electrodes?

I found the perfect part for the contacts. Gardner Bender makes stainless steel zip ties. Their number is 45-306SS. Ten 6" ties will easily make 20 switches, maybe 30 if you're careful. I'll have a pic of a make up later and I'll include the package in the pic.

Thanks for the comment.
The electrodes are made using a simple steel band. watch the video of how to assemble the object.
