in fact, the original holder are just feet for kitchen furniture...nothing ro see with new technology...incredibal..I supposed they bought 10000 for a couple of $....

Nice. I was planning on something to replace the stock ones. I can't believe how they are not held in by anything, I'm surprised a spool hasn't fallen off yet.

I made a group for BIBO printers over here if you have one. https://www.thingiverse.com/groups/bibo
I tried to add your item but it looks like I can only add things I made.

Thanks. I'll see if I can add it. Yeah the stock spool holders are crazy. I don't know where they found them or why they don't use a Makerbot style screw in tube. I have two of their original BIBO Touch models and both are down for repair right now. All these Ultimaker type construction is great but not good for the X carriage's extruder platform. Mine constantly come loose and destroy a print. Not a good design and they still use it on their newer Touch2. I am going to downgrade these machines to single extruder only.

What is coming loose? I went over my whole carriage and used thread locker when I got it. They should have used nylocks for sure, I plan to but all I had are socket cap screws and the stock hardware is too short for nylocks. Hopefully that is what you mean.

The upside down nuts even with thread locker. Which BIBO do you have? Mine are little over a year old.

I have the touch2 with laser engraver.
