Just printed v3. It fits much better than the original for my Matek f405 wing FC. Thanks

Like the model. But are there really no holes for magnets or did it slice wrong in cura? I printed the one with the big cut out.

Hi, there are only magnet holes in the V3 version not the other two.

This is great thanks, what infill did you use for this?

What is everyone printing this in? PLA?

What best glue to use to glue in the Magnets?

Just a drop of CA seems to work well.

Do u print this upside with supports?

Upside down yes, supports aren't needed but might give a cleaner print.

You you share the raw design files?

Hi :)
Prints nicely and looks great, thanks for sharing!

I would like to add a hump to get 4x 18650 cells under the bonnet. They do fit actually, but not together with the velcro strap. Would you share your raw files? Or, if you don't want to, would you be content to prepare me a version with a decent opening in the particular area so that I can clip-in my own hump?

Hey glad you like it . Where are you mounting the 18650s? as 4 in a square on the battery strap?

Hi Simon,

yes, exactly. There's room for maybe 38mm between the wooden plate and the printed cover, at least I could just fit it. After putting the strap around the batteries, there was a collosion.

So an opening of 45x75 should do it, I think. I will print the hump as separate part and glue it into the opening. This way I won't waste any support material other than if it cover and hump would be one component.

We could make a joint remixing project :)

I've done a very quick edit to give the 75x45mm hole. Hopefully that works for you.

Thank you so much! I will pobably print it tonight and report tomorrow :)

Hi Simon, to give some interim feedback: it looks very well! I will design and print the hump during the weekend and upload the remix, then.

Thanks! Will test it next weekend! Right now my 1.8Ah 65C 4s nano-tech puts more pressure on the lid then I would like to^^

Fits great. Allows for just enough room to get a 4s quad battery in there.. Thanks
