Small pulley for 6mm rope.
The design uses a 6mm shackle, 20mm stainless nut and allen cap bolt and a 22mm stainless bearing (Skateboard Bearing)
This is to replace the ones I break on the boat (when they get smashed through people hitting them with things) I uses it for the roller furling line.
To be fair, these are a little bit of a toy, they work well with a good quality cord and seem to take weight well. They would probably work just as well without the wheel just with a bare bearing!
I would say this is a light load only block!
Sand the seperator block top surface so it is smooth without printing marks then Acetone weld the cheeks to the block and clamp together until set.
Sand the side faces of the wheel to get a smooth finish and press the bearing in with a vice. Once you fit the bearing it should be quite stiff, so rotate it by hand and sand off the outside edge against the cheek to get a flush finish with no burrs. Should then run very smoothly.
Responds well to light sanding and wiping with an acetone cloth for a nice finish.
