I upgraded to a genuine e3d block and thermistor and the temperature constantly fluctuates. Did you have an issue like this? How did you resolve. I have attempted PID auto tuning several times. I can't figure it out and can't seem to find any information about what might be going on.
Noctura fan is 40mm. The original design uses 30mm fan. I saw in your pictures you were using a Noctura fan, so wasn't sure if you redesigned it to fit a Noctura fan.
Oh ok, so the one you linked isn't like the original one that is removable that is mentioned in fifth point in the summary. It's hard for me to tell from the images. Looks like you are only using one fan instead of the two fans, correct?
No, some time through the production run of the original Mini's the mounting posts were changed to have a step toward the base. You can see this in one of the pictures that shows two red arrows pointing at the step in the mounting posts.
In hindsight I guess it would make sense that Monoprice kept the same mounting platform and probably just made a modified version of the one of the mounting blocks such as mine to fit an E3d Clone on it.
Nice, I had to hack the original one I printed by hand to get an acceptable fit and while it has been good enough to make me forget about creating a proper fitting version I am glad someone else did it right ;) I will give it a go.

Did you also make this so a Noctua fan fits?
Why would a Noctura fan not fit?

This 3D model is only the base adapter. What you want is the fan shroud model.

So does this work with the MP Select Mini V2 with the E3D V5 clone? Is that what you mean by "Newer Select Minis"?
No, some time through the production run of the original Mini's the mounting posts were changed to have a step toward the base. You can see this in one of the pictures that shows two red arrows pointing at the step in the mounting posts.
I ended up making it, and it fit fine on my V2.

Glad it worked out for you
Anyone have the details on the nut and screw sizes for mounting this?

I have struggled mightily getting this to print with PETG.
What issues are you having?
All of the pictures taken above are PETG.
Not seeing the "ZeroOffset_Bracket_Official_E3d.stl" file in the download archive. Got a copy?
Thanks for this! I was wondering why the original one I printed wasn't sitting right!
