What size of nuts and bolts fit those holes? TIA

It works pretty well. The stock doesn't fit to tightly in the connector for it but its not a big deal.

For me this print worked really good. I used an old broomstick. I glued the touch holder to the pipe holder. Still need some practice on how to reload without hitting the broomstick. Fiddling the touch controller in with the cord can be challenging...

@Gurglex
Do you think it is possible to add an extension to the butt like in this version: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2416753 ?

Also a strap holder would be nice!

Has anybody actually made this yet? I just printed the pvc-mount-bottom and the curve is too small to fit 1" pvc pipe. Here's a picture so you can see what I'm talking about. Just eyeballing it, it looks like the outer curve would fit...but not the inner curve.

EDIT - Figured it out. 1" PVC is not actually 1". Apparently, plumbing measurements are as dumb as carpentry measurements. According to the chart below, 1" PVC measures 1.315" around the outside. So, for this build to work, you MIGHT be able to use 3/4" PVC (and even that's pushing it). And it looks like even that would cause problems since the stock end that goes into the PVC would then be too big. So, some resizing work definitely needs to be done here. Here's the chart for reference.

EDIT 2 - Just to follow up, I found a section of 3/4" pvc I had lying around. This is the result you get using it. The pipe fits nicely in the curve, but it's shallow, so the two pieces don't come together. Not sure if this was the intent of the design or if the idea was to have them close around the pipe completely.

any idea where I can get the magnets needed to do this?

Ebay or Amazon should have some.

What the size of magntes?

any news about that good project?

any update/final build pics!? super interested in this project

Can you clarify the quantity need for the parts? Best I can tell it looks like pvc-mount-bottom and pvc-mount-top should be printed 2x each and all of the rest are just needed 1x. Is that right?

Hi you need a 3 pvc-mount-bottom (1 extra for the stock mount)
I updated the details with the quantity.
Keep in mind that its still work in progress.

Ive had some trouble with my printer a while but its almost fixed so I'll complete this asap

I'm a bit confused, so do you just glue the grip to the pipe clamp?

Yes, I made the pipe clamps to fit with the vive & touch controllers so you still have the option to use magnets or just glue them right on.
