Been using one of these on my table saw sled, daily for the last year. Was printed at .2 layer height in PLA. Still works as good as new and is absurdly strong. Thank you for the model!

Outstanding! I printed up 5 of them. Great design.

What are these rails called where where your t nuts sit in? And where can I buy them?

T-Track, T-Rail or T-Slot depending on the manufacturer. Amazon or most woodworking places.

good job, i have used it , don't need buy anymore, thanks

Any progress on the printable thumbwheels with nut traps? I may design those if nobody can find any. Seems like a pretty commonly useful item.

Here is a parameterized one. Believe it could be made to fit 1/4in http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41382

This bit can cut those t slots right into your spoil board! Stoked! This is going to work perfectly for me. Thanks for uploading. http://www.amazon.com/Yonico-14190q-T-Slot-Cutter-Router/dp/B00KZM1RH8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1464048922&sr=8-1&keywords=t+slot+bit+1%2F4in+bolt

You might consider linking the bit in your description, since people might wonder about how to make a t slot like that.

This is pretty big for what I do, so I'm printing a 65% version for a 3" length.

nice, i made some just like this for my cnc and they tend to crack on the bottom side where directly under the bolt. I think if the bottom side was a smooth curve it would be much stronger. I also printed mine nearly solid and they are extremely strong. you can also make printable knobs fairly easily.
