I had to design a more uniform filament cooler duct for the nozzle tip. This is designed to be mounted with two m3 screws that can be installed through the existing lower holes for the extruder cooling fan. Nuts are not required but can be used if you strip the plastic following the print.
Flow simulation was also performed to ensure that uniform air flow was distributed around the nozzle tip. I will be working on improvements as the comments roll in. Also, I plan on incorporating a couple iterations of this including an extruder fan duct, a bltouch sensor adapter, and maybe a LED holder.
Update - Version 1.1:
I had some time to refine this a bit more, so these are the listed updates:
- duct adapter to fan exhaust only has one flap for alignment
- overall duct brought lower to bring cooling closer to nozzle tip
- changed profile of exhaust ports on inner diameter to direct air down directly towards nozzle tip
- diameter for holes for M3 screws changed to 3mm so a nut won't be necessary to tighten to fan
I haven't yet decided if V2.0 will be an adapter including a bltouch mount or the hot end duct. Depending on demand through comments, I will prioritize accordingly. Thank you for everyone's feedback and support on this!

Since some people have upgraded their extruders, I've made this modification so those users can mount the cooler on the gantry bracket with the top screw holes. Enjoy!
I've also updated another file, v3.0 with an open front so you can see the print and nozzle tip. I've also simplified the exhaust with two larger ports on either side which actually performs the same overall.
