Summary
This is an offset mount for the Tevo Tarantula, designed to offset the MKS controller to the right and out in front of the X axis motor.
My motivation for moving the MKS to the side was so I could attach a decent sized diagonal brace to support the right z axis.
Tips if you are a Tarantula owner:
To make this fit nicely I took the MKS perspex control box 'case' apart and inserted all the board-support screws from the back. I also remove the split washers from the M4 bolts that originally held the case to the z axis so I could get enough length to make them fit through the original 2 layers of perspex plus the mount and into the t-nuts. Hopefully the photos give some indication of what I mean.

Notes:
You can probably print this how ever you like, I print it with these settings so it is quick and the result is strong. As it isn't a moving part or particularly load-bearing I wouldn't beef it up too much.
I printed this with the z-frame mount mount-face down and the MKS mount up, so that I could get it to have a similar look to the other braces on my printer. I did consider printing it on its side but was also keen to experiment and see how it would print with large amounts of support. I don't necessarily recommend you do it this way, but it works fine :)
