For AAA: Scale X & Y to 73% and Z to 92%.

This is great! I made a couple of the 4x1 AA. It produced an airtight fit with AA Eneloops on a Replicator, the cells make a POP when extracted. A few minutes with a round file made it easier to extract, but still a friction fit.

I do not use SCAD. Could you post STLs for AAA? :-D

Sorry missed this comment.. I will post STL files for AAA's tonight when I get back home.

Did you ever post the aaa stl files?

4 AA Eneloops. Printed on a Replicator with .2mm layer height, and 10% infill. The top is a friction fit that should not fall off.

battery_r = 11 / 2;

battery_h = 44.5;

Seems right for AAA. I can confirm R, can't confirm H right now. First print failed due to my experimental heated bed cover material (mylar). Tough and doesn't get torn up by my hotend, but not sticking well enough for tall Z prints. Back to Kapton. Printing another and I'll report back on the AAA
numbers. I'm going to want to make a few for CR123's also for my flashlights.

Cool, thanks. I was going to get around to the AAA measurements when I got done printing AA holders for all my friends.. ^_^;

Seems good to go on AAA. H could be dropped a hair but I haven't tested multiple brands. Energizer is perfet, almost snug fit, with just a bit of headroom to spare.

Excellent, thanks!
