Nice design. There seems to be a problem with the bottom left motor screw hole. Can you fix? Also : I'm using M4 bolts to secure the extrusions to the corners. Any chance of a version for M4 bolts? Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback!
I have now fixed the problem with the screw hole.
I also used M4 screw with washers to bulid my printer, and that worked fine for me.
But it should be quick to change to M4 if you want me to.

im currently planning on building a somewhat larger Kossel Design and was planning to use your designs, from the size of the holes i guess you planned on using M5 for mounting the Extrusion profiles ?

Hey Markus.

I am currently building a kossel XL myself, and i have used the 20x20 alu profiles and i use M4 x 10mm screws with M4 T-nuts.
I have also made a V2 that i will uploade. The V2 is made so you can place T-nuts in the front of the alu profiles after you have mounted the printer.

My kossel XL designe is almost finish, and i will upload more drawings from it.

thanks for the Reply, v2 sounds good, i now ordered m5x8mm screws and also m5x10mm last week. i tryed an m5 screw with the parts that i already printed and they were a nice snugg fit, so i hope they fit with the 20x20 Extrusion profiles.

But i wont be completly sure before i get my Extrusion profiles which should arrive sometime this week.

Did you go with the original Kossel XL measurements or did you aim for a bigger Printer ?

If you have orderd the M5 t-nut, i don't think it will be a problem.

I have used the original size of the Kossel XL. height 750mm and width 360mm. And for the print bead i have 300mm.
But i have thought about building a larger one.

Ok cool, i extended it a Little bit to height 1000mm and width 550mm which should give me a printsize of about 396 mm 390 mm print height.

I got almos all of my components, but whats really problematic is finding a suitable heated bed solution their is basicly no Standard 400 mm round heated bed.

Im now trying to get a custom one made but i guess that will be quite expensive so i might start without a heatbed and add it later on.
