The file: duct_fix_take3.stl is broken. when using Simplify3d the back part has holes and gaps in it. I put it in Cura and it did the same thing. Is there an updated file?

I added an extra wall layer to the shell which fixed the hole but ended up with part of that back corner breaking off with the support. I just manually filled it in with my Pen extruder and ground it smooth. The stock mount adapter was also too tall with the duct sitting below the stock extruder. I solved this by scaling the Z axis of the mount print down 10% and printed it with solid infill to retain maximum strength. It shortened the height enough to clear the prints.

No it's been so long since I made that I used 3d builder the 3d app built into windows which is helpful if you want to modify but has a lot of issues if things get to complicated

could you modify for Stock Hot End?

Also what type and size is the fan that is needed for this?

Yea I'll make a mod mount for stock setup you will be able to use the same ducting It is a 15x50 blower fan I'll double check

much appreciated.

ok just put it up let me know if it works im not a very good at 3d modeling yet
