Always wanted one to mount on my Jeep. I have the Call of Duty MW3 Rubicon. Am printing this out as we speak. Awesome job. Thanks for posting the STL.

Hi want to start with and say great work and kind off u share it with os

I got an idea that I want to build a BMG 50cal Airsoft gun :)
but then I have to simplify your design somewhat and modify it
For starters, I see it unnecessarily to print out the entire gun just some parts that are difficult to create in my garage/workshop

I thought I would copy some parts of you,, and am quite new when it comes to cad programs i like tinkercad.com because it feels easy tow learn but when I open your files in tinkercad they become very strange :(((

What size printer do I need to print this out? I have an Anet A8 so would I have to do a bunch of slicing? Awesome job by the way!

I used a CR 10, I only had to slice one file, and thanks.

I am 111 hours in and just had my first problem, the Feed Tray Cover or Main Gun Top isn't printing with the front hinge? I can see the issue in Mesh Mixer but I am new to this and don't know how to correct? Here are photos of the print and the gap you can see in Cura, can you guys please help me out?

Running into the same issue, I uploaded to Netfabb online but it didnt correct the issue.

I think I found a solution through another group, uploaded file to Netfabb Online Service and it appears to be corrected.

That's very strange, i just had a look over the file and couldn't find anything wrong on my end but let me know if netfabb fix doesn't work, ill try something else to fix it

No problem, thanks for the response. I am 168 hours in and almost done with printing, I have started on the sanding a primer now.

Awesome! Pretty accurate looking! I worked on these wpn systems for 18 years. I would love to see this thing shoot nerf darts! How hard would that be? im tired if my kids shooting with their big nerf guns lol!

Thanks mate! um maybe you could take apart a Nerf gun and that use that as the firing mechanism, you would need to do a bit of editing to the 50 cal file to make it fit but i think that would be the easiest way to go

I'm printing this soon. I want to mount it to the top of my Jeep when the top and doors are off.

This is awesome.
I'm printing the parts for one right now. Hopefully I can glue it together in the upcoming weekend.

That design is cool! can I modify it so I can make it airsoft? (of course I would give up again at the time when I am almost finished)
also, what kind of software did you use for this gun?
