As Rodney put it "Gateship 1", through Lt. Ford. LOL

There doesn't seem to be any pins that go through the holes for motors and side panels? I tried a piece of filament but it was too narrow to hold the side panels in correct place when they are pushed in.

use some screws or something else.

I tried both slic3r and PrusaControl, but the outer wall on part 3 is for some reason skipped, can you recommend any solution? I already tried to set smaller nozzle in settings and rotate it, bit result was same.

This is so legit! I've made one and it turned out real well. I shrunk it down to 60% and that made my potato of a printer have some issues with some of the smaller bits so instead of my engines being moveable when the wings (fans: drive pods) deploy or retract I have glued the engines directly to the drive pods, and they still retract nicely. Check out my build if you're interested.

nice work, it looks perfectly.

is it possible to split into the separate parts as shown in the exploded view, as Im looking at adding electronics and i dont have solidworks so I cant open the file to modify it. p.s. great little jumper

Looks good so far, Got 3 Parts done. All printer in ABS on my up! mini.

Hi Mate great Model thanks for the share. The turbines stl might be a problem to print looking at the photo

rotate 90 degrees so they lay flat on the print surface i printed them with the hinge holes at the top after finding out the orentation and most visible area i would print with those on the botom and support material/raft you could also print them side by side standing on end (flatter surface down)

i curently have most of the drive pod sections printed up (you need 4 of the little bannana shaped brackets (two per pod) files only imply needing 2

how do i build it? i want to make one for my friend who like stargate

I have not built the model so far, so I can not give any information. But there is an ipt (Autodesk Inventor) file in the download area, which allows you to see the exact arrangement of the components.
Alternatively you can find on the page https://grabcad.com/library/stargate-puddle-jumper 3d models with explosion drawings.
