Awesome case! Is it possible that you can upload a version without threads? Thanks!

Pretty nice, thank you. I just printed a remix of it (for a tall heatsink) with PLA, and I'm in love!
Good thing that you thought of the threaded screw holes and that you gave the dimensions.
What soft did you use to design that case?

Got a link for the expansion usb board?

You can get similar ones at Aliexpress, just search for "USB Female Breakout", cheap, 60c. But apparently the holes for the screws are positioned a bit differently than in the model, may need a bit of rework/adjustment.

One of the best case design and precision fit Ive seen in a long time! Thank you for this great design

Could you please upload the cad files in step format?

I printed this with PLA -- just as a heads up for people, my Orange Pi Zero got hot enough under heavy load to melt the case, badly warping it. Its probably best printed with ABS. Its a great case, just not so much in PLA.

Hole for the antenna is tiny for my Orange Pi Zero, I slightly changed a model to enlarge it.

Overall the case is really great.

Is it possible with slot expasion?

Hello I want to buy one case, in two color, up red , down black. Please send me email(3zveruga@gmail.com). How cost & may send in Russia.

This is one of the best pi cases I have ever seen. Can you please do this with the Orange Pi PC too? That would amazing!

This is a very nice and well designed case, for example there is some sunk space for the bolt heads so they don't stick out. I used M3x10mm bolts by the way. Each of the halves took about half an hour to print (excluding warm-up and cool-down) on an Ultimaker 2 extended. I printed it in red PETG at the fastest setting and had no problem with warping or anything like that.

That looks awesome! Great work!

Interesting design, will print it and post a make :)

Great case, fits perfectly.
