I want to clarify how you're attaching the photos to the frame holders. It looks like you're printing them at 2"x4" and then cutting them out a little taller, like 3"x4". Then folder them around each frame holder and gluing it to itself but leaving a little slack in the part that wraps around. Correct? Also how rigid is the stock you're printing on?

I used standard printer paper. One piece folded over the holders and glued together ( glue stick ). I left a bit of space so the holder can spin within the paper.
Then I stuck the photo on top. I think I did it this way just because it was easier to line up the picture on the frame rather than having to print them aligned properly.
So in summary 3 pieces of paper thick, but the glue has made them more rigid.
