How do i connect the Tertiary_Axle to the Tertiary_Axle_End??

There are no screw holes or parts that fits together

I think I used a hot-knife to 'weld' them together. Glue should also work!

Can you modelise one that can be strong enough / no tiny part / ISO screw / More friendly input axis output axis shape (like a square qith hole for M 6 screw
I'm curious of printing one but making a true little car for kids so it need very strong parts
Thanks for your feedback :D

I certainly can! I'll need to know the exact shape you need (I would suggest a male hexagonal mating if you're planning on placing an axle in these.

Once I know that, I can cook it up!

Also, If you're planning on using a functioning version of this, I would suggest a strong filament like Taulman nylon 6 or 9 series, or polycarbonate. Thanks!

My printer is actually 115mm Long 115mm Large 120mm Tall for the platform size. So you already have your dimension ;)
For the Axis the Hexagonal can be pretty nice but it will required a least a hole 6mm Diameter
If you can in the project you post say or screenshot and paste with PAINT the dimension of each usable parts lake the shape of the axis for making the input part on my side etc after you post it ;)
It can be pretty tucked up but why not making something that can be directly used even if it is plastic :p
THe more mad we are the further we will go, even if this is insane ^^
