Superb dimensional accuracy! Only minimal filing of the locking stud was required, but this is probably inaccuracy with my printer not the model. Thanks for taking the time to design this.

I could not get the 11 slot version to print without modification. There are holes in the mesh leading to naked edges. It's on the side with the keyhole interlock part. Here are some images:

The naked edges are highlighted in purple. Basically the mesher left out a voxel for whatever reason, and MakerWare, or your preferred Gcode generator does not know what to do when it encounters a hole in the mesh so weird shit happens. The fins of my picatinny rail printed separately from the rest of the body.

Anyways, looking at your Mlok design I infer you use sketchup to design this (extremely impressive..). It's been a while, but I'm guessing you have a face oriented incorrectly. If you right click on a face, you can select 'flip' or 'reorient' or something like that which will invert the face normal. The face color will appear to change from white to gray or gray to white. You want all external faces to be white (outwards normal) and internal to be gray. If there is one flipped face, the .stl export plugin I used to use, would create naked edges such as this. Maybe it isn't that and is out of your control, but I have seen this before many years ago. Good hunting.

Yes this can be happen in Sketchup. Some parts can get to small and then Sketchup cant create faces.
If i have time i will go into AutoCad Fusion 360.

Ahhhh. I've had that happen from small details and did not know why! I remixed your, will post a Make eventually. Thanks for that inspiration and extra dimensions to go off of. Your 5-slot variant printed nicely despite the naked edges, and gave me confidence that I could make this work with not too much time.
