You can print this hollow. I used .12mm layer height, 1 wall layer, 3 top layer, no brim, 0 infill, no supports. It has a pinhole above one of the eyes, so maybe try 4 top layers or a touch of super glue if you're using white or clear filament.

would love to have a negative model of this so I can make chocolate frogs. Any way you could help?

yes, but its a very difficult shape, because of the front legs and head.

Yeah your best bet for any molds with overhangs is something flexible like silicone. I think in this case what you would do is 3d print a frog, smooth it as much as possible using your preferred smoothing method, then use something like crafter's companion A20501 and make a mold of it.

Perfect in bronze silk PLA

very....beautiful <3 i....love it!!!!!!!!!!!

No support, no raft needed.
Just place it correctly on zero Z in the slicer.
Printed well ! ;-)

Just to let people know: The legs on this frog are very short, so i wouldn't suggest ripping the starting base off of it. Had to superglue it back. just to let you guys know :)

Just printed one. It has no starting base.

He probably printed it with a brim and meant that plastic around the edges :)
