There are a tons of files so bare with me, did a lot of work on this one. For this remix of the Baby NES Case I used the bottom from jrebeiro and the top and lid from CyB.
I made the supports smaller and resized to fit the Pi 3 so that none of the chips would sit on the supports. I also added an LED hole and an led mount to the case. A 3mm led fits perfectly on the mount and can be glued into place. To make removal of the sd card a little easier I engraved a mushroom into the back of the case over the slot. There are three variations: a regular bottom, one with lines engraved, and one for dual color printing. The model with the lines allows for painting of the black lines much easier. The one for dual color printing has the objects spaced exactly 20mm apart. Just separate the objects in your slicing software and move them over exactly 20mm and they will be perfectly aligned.
Added the top half of the mushroom engrave. Didn't like how snug the top was and wanted some wiggle room when putting the bottom and top together so I indented the supports so they aren't completely flush. This allows the case to be put together more straight if it doesn't print exact. I also widened the screw holes a bit. Just like the bottom, there are three variations.
I reinforced the lid to make it more durable. You can choose from 6 different lids. NES Logo, NES Text, Retropie Logo, Retroberry Logo, Mushberry and a Plain lid. There are also 5 variations of these that are setup for dual color printing. The objects for the lids are exactly 10mm apart so just separate the objects in your slicing software and move them over exactly 10mm and they will be perfectly aligned. The dual color models are flush, the regular models are embossed.
There is also an stl file for an led lense insert. It's tiny, but print this in clear filament and insert into the led hole (I used pliers to squeeze it in). It fits perfectly snug by itself or you can glue it in to make it completely permanent. Looks great and diffuses the led light perfectly.
Worked really hard on this and it looks amazing. Thank you to jrebeiro and CyB for the original models. Let me know if you have any questions comments. Most importantly share your makes!
UPDATE: Added a new plain version of the top that has wider vents.
