Nice work, but you should really post models without the mouse ears. Mouse ears and other supports are material and printer dependent.

Could you add a version of the screws without mouse ears?

Hey, any source files?
Would snuggest to add a dent at the bottom to keep the walnut in place

I printed a 100% size cracker and a 155%, which both work great.
But I mentioned if I put a coin / euro on the oposite side of the scew it is much stronger and can crack hard nuts as well.

Could you send me the step file or whatever you used to create?
This would be awesome, I will upload it as remix if this is ok?

A remix would be, of course, OK! Using a coin sound like a good idea.

However, I haven't designed this with a CAD program but used Cinama 4D instead. I'm afraid, the STL file is as good as it gets...

I tried to import and convert the stl (mesh) file to a solid, but that didn't work. Perhaps you can export another file format or modify it by yourself :)

Thank you for your quick response. Scaling is a problem. Repetry host did not include this function. Would it be possible to re-scramble the files and upload them as a stl file?
I have printed with ABS filament 1.75 mm and these printer settings:
Heating bed 120 degrees Celsius, extruder 240 degrees Celsius, Nozzle 0.3 mm, Slice with CuraEngine, 35% filling density. (google Translater)

I've added a 175% scaled version that should be large enough for walnuts as well.

For walnut something too small. Otherwise perfect! THANK YOU!
Für Walnuss etwas zu klein. Sonst perfect! DANKE!

I am glad you like it. It shouldn't be a problem to scale it up. And I hope it's stable for you. My printer has problems with z-layer adhesion so it broke pretty quickly.
