Great job! I too would like to get the source file, if possible. You mentioned formats in an earlier post. I most familiar with Fusion 360. Is that a format you can provide? I'll take any, and make it work. Thanks!

I can provide parasolid format which can be taken by most of the 3D drawing format, just offer the email address, I will send it to you.

Thanks for the speedy response.

Any chance I can get the source file so I can edit out the flange with the connection holes?

Just let me know the format you want, and your email address, I will send it to you.

Did you design these parts using OpenSCAD? I'm hoping you did as I'm attempting (and failing miserably) to create a similar part with a different mount. If you did use OpenSCAD, please can you share the script?

The software I'm using is Solid Edge.

The 50 mm version is not the long version from the standard or?
I print both, the short versino is perfect and the 50mm version can not screwed on.

the 50 mm version is the long version from the standard. maybe you should check the Z-axis of your printer

why is the 50mm version tighter than the short version?
Both printed with the same settings.

More length so more chance for error while printing and more friction if not lubricated.

I've checked the original file, the thread is identical the same as the short version.

Hi!
The thread pitch is 1.5 or 2mm? Thanks.

the pitch is 8MM

how many starts?

AWESOME! thank you! I bought the wrong rod on accident and didn't wanna wait xD you're a lifesaver!

how far is it? from 2 or 1.5 ???
