Good work !

what material do you use?

Thanks a lot for sharing this useful thing!

Glad it's helpful!

Hi, I've printed this, and works fine at first, but soon the clip starts coming out by itself. Any idea how to fix? I've printed 200 micron, will try at 100.

Sounds like you're looking for something like this:

It has a special lock piece that keeps it from ever coming apart.

I scaled this to 80% and it worked pretty well for my backpack zipper.

Just want to say that people still appreciate that you posted this! I just fixed the zipper on my winter coat, with your Zip Toggle. Worked perfectly! Thank you.

Hey StumpHunter, thanks for posting! That's really nice to hear that it's helping so many people. I am quite surprised that it's been so popular so am working on a revised version which I'd imagine I'll upload some time next week.

That's awesome. I printed some but to fit my backpack I had to scale them down to 70%. It was tricky getting the lock mechanism to work as it was a tight squeeze. But I got them in and the seem to work just fine. Thanks. Looking forward to the revised version.

Yeah, to be honest it was designed for a very heavy duty zip so is overkill at it's native size for most things.
The revised version will be more multi-purpose, easier to print and more comfortable to use :)

Hey, I LOVE this - any chance you could share your original file? I'd like to customize this with my name and perhaps some ribbing for grip or maybe a half circle raised at the far end for grip.. probably like to do away with the hole at the end as well... Anyway, I'd love to play with this if you wouldn't mind.. thanks for uploading!

Hey donquixote, sorry for the late reply. I'm working on a revised version which I'll post later this coming week which hopefully should meet your requirements, let me know what you think
