MakerBot Print is our newest print-prepration software, which supports native CAD files and STL assemblies,

Doesn't really matter, just print it with your casual settings.

After assembling and wiring, you need to align your lasers.
I think the best way to do so is to cut a straight line on something, then align the line laser to it. After that align the dot to be on the line, when your workpiece is in focus.
