hi, have you the parametric files???

I do not anymore. Sorry

This was a bad ass idea. Trying to get the thing adjusted on different printers is a pain.

I dont understand,, what do you use this for? Sorry for the dumb question.

Also why is your nozzle sticking so far out of the heater block? It should be turn in all the way and then back out only 1/4-1/2 a turn, and i think yours is back out like 10 turns lol

You're right on the nozzle.... this was right when I picked up 3d printing so I didn't know better :)

I designed it to use as a gauge for getting the BLTouch mounting relatively close to what the spec sheet says. Honestly if you know how to work offsets you don't really need this. Just something I threw up back in the day.

fair enough, i actually liked it a while ago, before i was able to just model my extruder and hotend and make a custom mount so i could get the proper offset.

looks like you use fusion 360 as well. have you seen the publicly posted e3d v6 model? its perfect lol

I have not, I'll take a look. I'm running a separate custom setup now with Flexion Extruder.

Here is the v6 model

Have you used ninjaflex, and if so how fast can you go with the flexion? I was always pretty interested in it, but for the time being I have decent success with my Titan, with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height I can go like 25 sometimes 27mm/s before I run into issues.

Flexion works very well for all softer filament. I print TPU about 95% of the time and its going at 50+ mm/s

Can this be used for E3Dv6?

I think so yes.
