Ive noticed in your pictures that the tiles you have are thick? When I print the ones you referenced they are very thin...is there a base I can print to put them on?

Hi 77railer,

You are right. There ist a separate base to be printed which allows to put magnets inside so the pieces stick together nicely.

You can find them here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1108968

I posted some remixed box-ends that allow for storing one or two more tiles without printing an extra holder. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1777891

Very nice! I like how you stored the water tiles. Did you make the box yourself?

Hi, thanks for the compliment. The Box is made specifically for this tile holder and can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1750511.
There is a list of wood pieces attached. You simply need some wood glue, some clamps to hold everything in place and some patience while the glue gets dry.

Thanks, I've already built one though. I didn't think of adding neat drawers like yours though!
Glad you enjoyed my seaside pieces.

I love these and I'm working on printing a whole set like http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1750511 but I'm confused about the pieces for holding the trophies. The Teilehalter-box-handelsstrasse and Teilehalter-box-rittermacht models don't seem to match what you have in the photo. Are there other models missing?

Dear VeeDubb65,

thanks that you like it. You are right, the pictures are slightly different. Due to a mistake with the carpenter and the thickness of the wood, my box did not had the dimension as they were needed to by the uploaded model. So I improvised a 8mm thinner version for the last row, which resulted in what you can see in the pictures. Even so it worked out, I do not like the design of the 30 degree cornered tiles, but it was cheaper and easier then to rework the whole box.

If you like, i can also upload/send you the models like seen in the picture, but they will not be compatible wit the other piece holders. Therefor I would highly recommend to use the upladed parts.

I would find those models useful. It would be nice to have a way to store the trophies. I am not constructing the wooden box, but using these piece holders in an oversized container.

That makes perfect sense, so I see no reason to worry about the other parts. Once again, a very nice design.
