nice job, I'll made one, thanks for post it

i just made 5 of these,installed 3 leds per unit,powered by 5v usb.i used cheap christmas mini led bulbs,soldered everything together.painted the base acrylic black.one i figure out how to upload pictures ill get em on here.
printed with my cr-10 in white petg,nozzle 255,bed 70,0.2mm 20% infill to add lighting structure and visual lines in the crystal.
print time was 2:44 each,another 30 mins of wiring and testing.
i made a little styrene bottom cover and glued into place.
thanx for this neat little design.

The hole in the base was large enough for an ATTiny85 and some addressable RBGW leds :)

What is the LED you are using to power it? Where did you get it?
Edit: Just re-read that you repurposed it from another product. Do you have any single bulb, battery powered LEDs recommendations?

Thanks for posting. I am just starting my 3D learning curve. I love RGB LEDs and want to print lots with transparent 1.75 filament. Can you say exactly which printer used and branding of filament?
