Could this be used as a water bird feeder aswell?

The feeder with no drainholes could be used with water, but maybe just in the bowl. Water in the bottle would probably drain out.

Haha. Thanks for posting the video.

A squirrel tore down one of my feeders and chewed on it. Maybe he liked the taste of wood filament.

The squirrel actually tried to steal the whole bottle with feeder when it was empty on my table for a day. One chewmark on it, just normal PLA. Saw him dragging it about 10 meters away.

Hi, Rachel.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad you like the bird feeder!

I use these to hang my feeders:

Printed the large feeder and love it! It turned out really well. In one of the pictures, you show it with a treble clef hook. Did you create a design for that too? I am at an arts and science magnet school and would love to put on of those up with our feeder! Thank you!

what size bottle does it hold? thank you

Hi, Bluesmurf.

The threads fit common 2-liter and smaller soda bottles found in the US. The outer diameter of the threads is about 27.2 mm. I designed the threads to mate with the PCO 1881 neck standard. See references in my PCO 1881 Cap Design, Thing #1685815.

If you need to fit a different size bottle neck, send me the pitch (distance between threads), outer neck diameter, and outer thread diameter and I'll cobble up the base to fit.
