Dear Mr. design, i have a chimera hot end that works great for me. it is 2 in 2 out design. any possible way you could design your cooling system for the chimera hot end? i would use FOR SURE!!!!!

or if not, may be you can senf me original SolidWorks files.. because it is very difficuolt to modify STL.

Nice design. Any chance you could do an E3Dv6 Volcano version at all? 40mm fan option for that would be great as well.

The 40mm version is coming soon, I already made the prototype and is works great with the dual 40mm fan's. It only need some final tweaks before i will upload it. About the volcano version, i guess it will fit but the cooling nozzles have to be longer to reach the nozzle of the hotend.

Yes I lined it up with the volcano model on here and the layer fan just blows half way up the heading block doing the opposite of what it's supposed to do.

I think the nozzle is a volcano is 6mm lower than the regular E3D. But this would be exactly what I've been chasing for ages if you're able to stretch it down for a layer fan.

The one thing the Volcano model doesn't show is the heater element wiring coming out of the block really does get in the way of a lot of coolers, so be aware of that. Much appreciated and great work.

Nice design. How about a version with a 30mm fan on each end.
The curved part looks like it is very close to the heater block, or is that just the camera angle?

A design with 30mm fans is possible and the air flow will be less :( but it it will make it more compact so i will consider it.
about the small space between the heat block and the wall, it is enough but it is still close, the PLA 2:1 cooler will not melt of the temperature. And behind the curved part is a straight piece to create some more air between te heat block and the cooler.
