I recently made a MPCNC and wanted to use ethernet cables for the stepper motors. I saw where someone was cutting down ethernet wall plate adapters to fit the conduit, but I thought it would be more fun to print some adapters. I made both parts to allow for inserting the stepper motor cable through to hide all the wires. They were designed to be printed with the circular end down against the glass.
I made a control box with the same connections here.
0.4 Nozzle, 0.2 layer height
I made the tabs a little larger than the inside diameter of 3/4" ID conduit. You can press them in with some force, or hit them with a file to make them easier to get in. The wall plate adapters I used were Allen Tel Products model AT66-15. I am sure others will fit. They do snap in place, so be sure everything works before inserting them in all the way.
