I printed off a couple of these this evening, but in both cases they snapped off their bases when removing the supports. I found the legs very fragile indeed. Often a problem with metal miniatures, but more pronounced in this case.

Any suggestions on how to get a usable model?

Hm... well, it depends on what kind of machine you use. We use this kind of design for resin printers so we can make metal masters, but on an FDM machine, we tend to scale these up a little to print them (using the 18mm versions). However, you might try printing at 100% infill? I don't know if that would help, but it might be worth a shot.

Added my make. Used 80% infill, and removed the supports very carefully. But I was scaling the figure down to 90% of its original size.
