Is there a updated version yet because i printed one and there were a few problems

There is no update for the forseable future as I am pretty busy with life at the moment. May e tp stars will align and I will be able to work on it, but not for a while sadly. I'm glad to hear you were able to print one. What where the problems you were having so i can address them in the future. I would love to hear your input

Is it possible to make this kind of stuff on the Finder FlashForge 3d printed want to purchase one but just kinda started and don’t want to drop a ton of money right away but would love to make something like this

I'm not sure. You will need to do research on that printer. I used a diy prusa i3 clone that can as a kit. It was a lot of work but it was really rewarding after getting the numbers filed in.

Amazing job, but will need to print a bit bigger because i have a HUGE head...lol

Thank you for this thing! Thumbs up to you!

Hi friend, thank you for making this project available, do you think it could give a problem if I print it for use in my cosplay, or would it be better to wait for the updated version? thank you

Sorry for the late response. I haven't actually had anytime to work on this as life is pretty busyat the moment. It will probably work for cosplay, although the helmet fits a bit strange at the moment. But you can print it a bit big and put foam padding in to wear it.

Hey man, is the updated version up to download?

Not as of yet. I've been trying to find time to finish it. Work and school has been busy for me, as I am full time in both, so I haven't had much free time to update this. Hopefully I can find time soon to finish it.

Can you please keep it don’t remove it I’m saving money to buy a 3D printer the first thing I’m going to print is the mask u made thank u

Absolutely. I plan on leaving this hear for others to enjoy. Good luck with your savings. It is a fun hobby with 3d printers.

This thing is awesome. I want to make it just to add to my other super hero collections. Will look cool sanded and painted on my shelf.

First off, i just want to say, awesome model, and thank you for uploading it! My friend wants me to print him this mask but now i'm thinking i should wait for the upgraded version! lol. Hows it looking time wise? I know you said your crazy busy.

Thank you. I appreciate it. I'm going to try to finish it in December when I have some free time.

Cant wait to print your new version! Pretty busy time of year, lol. Were you able to find any free time?

Congrats, very cool, I really liked it.
Are you still working on the v2? Thanks!!!

It's still in the works, yes, but I just haven't had time to finish it yet. Been crazy busy with work and school. Hopefully I'll get it finished before Christmas time

I think this looks so good. what changes are planning to do on the next version?

Just wanted to say thanks again for making and sharing these files with everyone... still love this print!

Hi ck247 is the whole helmet the same size if u would put the pieces together

It should be. I haven't tested the one price, but they where exported from the same model file. Of course the export could have messed things up, but they should be the same file.

Thanks for sharing printing mine right now as one piece hopefully it fits my big head lol

Cuando tendras la version 2 preparada

Helpful information for people who are asking for STL files. You could download Blender ( it is free ) and use it to convert any 3d object extension to another. It is easy to use and if your file does not supported as default , you could always download plug-ins and use them without problems.

how isnthe wareable version looking?

I will let you know when I have it compleated.

It's coming along, but still need several tweaks before I can print it myself and upload it. My school started up so I will try to get at some of the helmet when I can, but my studies take priority. If not during the semester, I will aim for completing it during the winter.

the STL files are way too big what scale should I use?

I made the fix. Should be to scale now. For some reason it was 10% to big. So I scaled them appropriately. If you don't want to re-download, they will be 0.1 scaled or just re-download them and they should work.

Thanks for pointing that out. I will fix and upload the right scale version now.

Any chance you can upload a one piece helmet?

Uploaded a one piece helmet. It's under DD_face_whole.stl

You sir are too cool for doing that. Not only sliced up and rescaled but also adding full bucket! I might have to reprint this bad boy

That would be awesome. My printer wasn't big enough for a full helmet print, so I built it in parts; that is why I didn't think to upload it first. But since it was requested I was more that happy to share the fixes and full cowl.

That should be possible. I'll upload a version when I get a chance. The original was one piece so It would be an easy update.

could you upload the files as stl.? it would be awesome if you did since a lot of printers and printer control programs (including mine) only take stl. files the sooner the better in my case planning on going as Daredevil for Halloween.

No problem. I made the conversion and uploaded STLs to the files list. Have fun.

I can do that. I'll convert and upload when I get the chance.

I'm printing this right now. Part 1 is done, 3 to go.

Awesome. Good luck printing. Can't wait to see it

This is a beautiful file. Going to fire up my printer will for sure hit you back up with my prints. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the compliment. It's my pleasure to share. Definitely interested to hear how yours turns out. Let me know if you have any issues that I could keep in mind when I revise it for the next iteration.
