What scale would this be for? Is there a specific brand that you modeled it after or am I able to by metal gears for it and have it fit that way? Would I be able to put some steel or aluminum axles in it? I have stock Traxxas tires that I was thinking about putting on it. This is an urgent situation.

It's roughly 1:14. It's a completely original design so you won't find any ready made parts for this.
The only way to put in metal axles would be to machine some axles that fit inside the gears.
To fit any other rim/tyre you need to design adapters.

what material did u use to make the inner gearbox?i tied to make one but it hard to rotate and heavy? also how did u fit the bearing ?? I bring the same bearing and the axel will not close"?and advice?

PLA.
You might be over extruding, calibrate your printer. :)

Hello, can you send me, second piece thanks.

Hello, would you be able to share the solidworks files? I would like to adjust the lenght for my rc truck. thank you!

Thanks very much.I'll make a start soon.I'll try the axle first,to see if my printer is good enough:)

How can the axle halves be printed without support?Do i need to rotate them to lay flat?

Yes, lay the insides down towards the bed, the printer will bridge the gaps and should come out fine if you have your settings dialed in.
Most important is making sure your overhangs and bridges come out well. :)

How long are the M3 counter sink screws?

They can be M3x8 to M3x10.

One quick question, the rims for the rear tires... Are the rims modeled to fit standard RC tires? I have a standard set of 1:10, Outer Diameter: approx 65mm/2.56". I'm really keen to use the 4-wheel rear axel instead of the 2x I now use. Would I be able to use the rubber tires from my 1:10 set on the rims in your design here?

The rims are modelled after tyres for 1:14 Tamiya trucks, so the outer diameter of the rim is 47.6mm and 20mm wide.

Ok, that makes sense... Thanks for the info... 1:14 Tamiya Truck tires it is... :)
