Hallo astfaellergerald,

könntest du bitte die Nase einzeln in einer Datei hochladen?

Danke schonmal im Voraus.

Pipoy

Distance between holes in propeller brackets is 15mm and in propeller is 14.5 :(

there is calculated in all components 0.2 mm game, for easier assembly, without much rework

It is calculated in all components 0.2 mm clearance to facilitate installation, without much rework :-)

Hi. Thank you for the nice wind turbine. On the end of the wings I can see 0.5mm thick triangular walls. What are they for? PS. I attached image just in case :)

this is support for better printing. You have to remove it after printing. :-)

Silly me. I have just realised they help to keep the wing stable when it is printed :)

Hi, I've printed a blade at 90% on my 150 x 150 TronXY X1 and it looks great, so I'll build the whole thing, but I can't see anything about the BLDC motor you have used. I'd like to get the same one for the "fully integrated" -ness. Could you provide a link or item name/number please?

The Original windmill you can get here: Mini - Windrad mit integriertem brushless Generator https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00GPIDZMG/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Thanks Gerald.

I was hoping to learn what electric motor was inside the unit; I guess you designed the unit to fit the motor.
However, I realised after I'd send my question that it won't fit anyway - as mine is 90% of original size.
I guess I'll research what's best to use for generators and design a housing t fit it.

I'm really impressed with your rotor design. Smooth, clean and everything fits exceptionally well.

Thanks again,
Chris

How do you attach the nose cone to the hexagon base? Thanks

with superglue and the round bars you find here:
160705_wing-center_mount.stl 592

Superglue and the 3d printed round bars? I am shocked and amazed at the same time! Thanks for the reply.

You have separate files for all parts except for the hub and pins. Can you provide the separate files?

Thanks

Mind if I copy the blades for an educational project? :)

no problem, have fun :-)

Thankyou! Yes I'm having fun ;) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7INhJ2LqVY (and yes I do own the electric truck :))

The original is not even available on Amazon.com. :(

Around seventy five dollars from ebay.com due to shipping and this tells me it is a Euro only thing since even on eBay.com the price is in euros.

They need to be more global.
