is there a way to make the gauges over an inch?

The easiest way to do this in the SCAD file is to put the decimal size in RadiusNumerator, set the RadiusDenominator to 1 and change the unit to just "in". Like this:

RadiusNumerator = 2.75;
// Denominator of the radius fraction, in inches
RadiusDenominator = 1;
number = RadiusNumerator;
unit = "in";
scale = 25.4/RadiusDenominator;

I have to say this is the nicest implementation on these that I have seen. Got them printing right now. One thing that I am puzzled by is the C42 marking. Could you explain please

Thanks. C42 is short for Clough42. If you wish to remove it, you can always edit the scad file.

Wow, thanks! I need this.

You're welcome. I needed it, too. :)
