What printer settings do you recommend, I am currently using .12 layer height, 100% infill for the end pieces, 2 outline/perimeter shells, 4 solid top layers and 4 solid bottom layers.

Hello.
If I remember well I printed it @ 0.2mm height w/ 2 perimeter shells, only 3 top/bottom layers, and an infill light enough to not be visible on top layers (around 25-30%).

Thank you, I will post photos and do "I Made One" when I am done printing it. I just changed over to RAMPS 1.4 on my Anet A8, I've been looking for a ramps box, I like your design.

Fan is suppose to be sucking air into the box correct?

If you use the fan filter, the fan is supposed to suck the air from outside to inside without introducing dusts. If you don't use a filter, fan can be mounted in both way...

Box is nice but There is not enought hole for all câbles ! Did you route all you wire on backplate hole ? From my side it s full with endstops and extrudeur wires i Will redraw the face plate for a new hole for the 5 motors wires and heatbed

I Also make somes holes on topface to force fresh air on mosfet and drivers hope fan on extraction side will créate enought depression

Except X motor cable and X end-stop cable, all the other cables fit trough this hole.
Take a look at remixes, you may find what you need

On my prusa motor cable are Huges ! I need an extra hole of 13mm ;-) yep Remix will be good for me thanks !

What are the dimensions of the fan? Is it a 40mm one?

40x40x10mm yes

It would be very nice to make the Ramps-Logo plugable, so that it can be printed in an other colour :-)

I realy like this case !
Thanks a lot for the great work !

This is great work, well done.

Thank you.
I guess a motion graphics designer from UK specially like the touch!?
Banksy rox!

Lovely, and enough room to fit a fan extender board by the looks of things, looks brilliant. What's with the I've been hacked by a Vampire look on the case text :o)
I also spy a spare stepper driver board, you thinking about dual extruders by any chance :o)

C'mon that's not a vampire hack, but a lil street art touch. Don't worry there is a version without it for grandpas :P
I'll maybe go for a dual extruder one day, but that's is not my priority...
Thanks for the com!
