Oh i forgot, i started the coment to ask you if you have the inventor file of this bracket? Im using solidworks so any format i could open would be perfect.
grtz Robbo

Im having the same bullshit probles as you descrived with the original extruder of the K8200.
I tried this before i even read your instructable,
I coudnt get it working, and ive found out why, the original cable's are not up to the job !
I tried setting the voltage higher and it would start shaking ant stuttering. I gave up and reinstalled the original back,
then that one wouldnt work anymore either lol, now changed the cable, and got the original extruder working much better at 1.28v,
more then double what velleman instructions are.
Ive also installed a polulu red stepper driver, 16 steps instead of 8.
Im gratefull for your instructable, cus now I know its possible and where i was making mistakes.
Ill download your bracket and use that to get a short distance ptfe tube, iand when that works im gonna try to move the extruder away from the moving z-axis.
Ive also been thinking about adding a second extruder motor\feeder inline with the first one to get more printing speed, do you have any idea how to do the g-code for this to get retraction working? Maybe you can make an instructable about it?
Your setup is good for 1.75mm, the double motor setup would be good for 3mm fillament wich is cheaper,
Ill be doing this soon, if your intrested to follow along and help out, ill happely share with you.
Oh and how about a double hotend version for 1.75mm? anyways, love making friends so if your intrested plz send me a message with your email or skype plz.
