Works as advertised. To have any real traction you'll have to do something to the wheels. I used small rubber bands stretched around the rear wheels for traction.
Maybe it's because I'm using Cura, but the wheel file has the wheels standing up on end. I tried printing them once that way (Monoprice Mini Delta) and failed miserably. Laid them down flat in Cura and then printed with no issue.

How do you ensure the wheels and firmly joined to the axle? I intend to use PLA for printing.

I used PLA as well. My axel had a small "tab" at the point where is was attached to the brim. I used pliers to smash the tab down a little bit. I ended up with a solid fit.
