Reading what you have posted on the vapor treatment I need to ask. Are you doing this with PLA prints?

It was ABS.
PLA does not play nice with acetone.

could you go over your method of vapor polishing? e.g. What method do you use/tools/etc.

ok ,
first extreme caution is needed as vapor of acetone is both highly flamible
and not something one should be breathing.
I use a asparagus cooking pot and the cage
I also have a small metal disc i put in the bottom of the cage (top of a can)
put a tablespoon of acetone in the pot
put the disc on the bottom of the cage and the model on top of the disc.
put cage in the pot
lid on pot tightly
put on a electric hotplate (preheated)
for 20 seconds
take pot off hotplate and let sit another 10 seconds
remove cage from pot and let air cool for a few minutes

the times are not exact and I have a clear glass lid (from a different set of pots)
so I can see inside to judge.

not an exact method as yet.
also I am working on a fan system to circulate the vapor better.

thanks,
getting the hang of it.
