I use such design for a while, to cool my prints, and it works fine. Thanks for sharing yours, it is muche better! I'm going to adapt it for my printer.

The only problem is the noise of the pump...

Yes .. the pump do some noise but I think it depends on which pump you buy.
In my case, my noise comes from blowers, not from pump ;)

Which one do you have?
I'm wondering if we could build one. Using a DC motor would allow us to drive it as any other fan, and modify the flow...

I use aquarium areator with flow regulator by hand. I found right air flow and after on/off pump is only I need ;)

Where did you get the LED lamp?

I found into cinese shop/bazzard,I payed 5 euro ;)

From the title I knew what he meant even before seeing it because i had the same idea using aquarium pump or mini portable nebulizer pump but problem I see is how to software control it to not just run full blast because it runs on mains voltage, then it becomes to technical to be practical. But it is fanless :-)

:D thanks
If you follow the link at the blog I explain how to control by printer with simple circuit and you can see it in old video of the first version of this thing ;)

Sorry, how is this fanless? Isn't it pumping air through the nozzles? Wouldn't it be more accurate to say this is a ducted or remote mounted fan or simply an air pump part cooling idea or some such?

Hi, .. before .. I'm not english :)
I'm not use a fan but I use a air pump ... I did not say airless (no air)
All people use fan .. I not see other system like this and I named FanLess ;)
If you have more appropriate name .. tell me

That doesn't mean it isn't well done, which it clearly is. :) Just the title is perhaps a little confusing.

i was thinking the same thing .
